Shipping Costs
Delivery Charges (UK rates only)
We
aim to process your order by the next working day. At busy periods we
may occasionally take longer. We dispatch via domestic couriers. For Overseas orders (including delivery to the
Channel Islands), please email us for a delivery quote. Shipping
policies and prices are subject to change without notice. This will not
affect any order you have had confirmed prior to such changes.
Standard Shipping Rates - £7.50 + VAT
Ordering
There
is no minimum order value. All orders are subject to acceptance and
availability. We aim to keep our online store up-to-date. On receipt of
your order, if an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as
possible and give you the option of either a refund for the amount paid
for that item by the same means you paid us or give you the opportunity
to leave the item on back order. If you choose to go for a refund you
will be asked if you want us to inform you when that item is back in
stock. If you do, an email will be sent to you so you can re-order via
the online process.

link and browse or click on the Search button if you are looking for
something in particular. When you have chosen an item, click Add to
Basket. You can continue shopping or Go to Checkout. You will be
redirected to Paypal's secure web server. See Privacy for more
information on this.
Cancellation & Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return and item.
The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the
right to a cooling off period of 7 working days starting the day after
you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel the order, you must give
us the following information, by email to enquiries@moretonalarms.com, within the 7 days: your name,
address, order number and reason for return (eg damaged, received
incorrect item, etc), replacement item code (if applicable). We will
issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number, please quote this on
your return. You are responsible for returning goods to us at your own
expense. They must be in their original condition and you must take
reasonable care that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend you
send them by recorded delivery or other secure method. Once received,
we will arrange a refund within the next 14 working days.
If
we made an error with your order and you request a replacement, we will
reship at no extra cost to you. If the replacement is not due to our
error, we will deduct our reasonable costs of the shipping from your
refund. If the replacement value is of a higher price, we will require
payment in full of the balance before shipping the order.
